At Lulume, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
