We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lulume is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for the carrier to update tracking.

If your order appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will help review the issue.
